Adam Paszkewicz joined AR Wilfley and Sons a year ago, taking over a role for a departing employee. From the first day, the accounts payable team had already decided to implement the Centreviews Payables Solution to automate their accounts payable (AP) processes, which meant he had to learn current processes, only to see those processes changed once the new software solution was implemented.

As a newer team member to AR Wilfley, Adam has the advantage of seeing the company’s operations through fresh eyes.

He noted that the management team at AR Wilfley takes care of its employees, making the work culture one that Adam and his coworkers enjoy. As a bonus, the payables automation has made it possible for employees to occasionally work off site, allowing them to complete a few after-hours tasks and also remain productive while on business trips.

A Little History

Early on Adam realized he was good at math. He continued to pursue that interest in college, studying accounting at Colorado State. While in college, Adam also followed other pursuits, which included hiking, hanging out with friends, and enjoying the many attractions Fort Collins had to offer. He also spent a lot of time attending football and basketball games during his time at Colorado State. Go Rams!

Those extracurricular pursuits continue to this day. Although Adam doesn’t have the opportunity to travel as often as he’d like, he does indulge in his love for music with the occasional concert. His musical tastes run the gamut, but he’s primarily interested in rock music.

Recently, he attended a Roger Waters concert that impressed him with its use of special effects. With the screens, Adam felt as though the experience was similar to watching a movie while enjoying great music from one of classic rock’s superstars. In the future, he hopes to find more time to travel, with his dream destination being Alaska.

Looking Forward

Paszkewicz has high hopes for the future of AR Wilfley and Sons, thanks to the many benefits automation has brought to the company. In the near future, Adam and his team will be helping with bringing automation to one of their branch offices, which will give them the opportunity to assist that accounting team through the transition. In the process, Adam is excited that he’ll be able to learn even more about the tools AR Wilfley is now using.

Efficiency is a top priority for AR Wilfley moving forward, which matches Adam’s vision for his own career.

The accountant is proud of his work ethic, and one of his biggest goals is to always keep things in the right perspective. Working for a company that prizes its team and strives to help each member improve, helps him stay on track with his personal goals.

As a member of AR Wilfley and Sons’ prized accounting team, Adam is helping ensure the company continues its longstanding tradition of taking care of its internal and external customers. With the right tools in place, the team has the support it needs to be productive and efficient. Adam finds his employers share his own values, making it the ideal place for him to build his career.
